SHIPPING TIMES
Items in stock will ship within 3-5 business days of your order being placed.
Titles sold through pre-order will ship within 3-5 business days following their launch date, unless otherwise specified.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are calculated by the total weight of your order using the UK Royal Mail network. We use a base price plus the weight of each item ordered to keep shipping costs to a minimum.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS
We offer international shipping on all orders. When shipping outside of the United Kingdom, Pinch Publishing do not take responsibility for any additional custom clearance charges. These customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We are not obliged to check and inform the customer of customs duties and taxes. To find out further about such charges, we advise our customers to consult the competent authorities of their country of residence.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a second email containing shipping information.
REFUND POLICY
If you are unhappy with any products you have purchased from us you may return them to us in an original and undamaged condition within 7 working days for a full refund, excluding delivery costs. If you wish to request a refund due to a failed or returned delivery, you must supply proof of the item being either lost or damaged in order for the claim to be processed.

PROBLEMS WITH YOUR DELIVERY
Any anomaly concerning the delivery (Goods missing compared to the delivery note, good error(s), damaged good(s), etc.) must be reported by email no later than 7 working days after the delivery date. Beyond this deadline, any claim will be rejected. The customers shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery. Pinch Publishing shall use its reasonable endeavours to meet any date stated for delivery. In any event, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and the Pinch Publishing shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The customer must ensure that accurate and complete information has been provided regarding the delivery address (street, building, stairwell, access codes, names and/or intercom numbers, etc.). Any reshipment caused by any mistake or lack of precision on the delivery address, will be the sole responsibility of the customer .
